These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Savorix website and any service engagement with Savorix Hospitality and Management Food Services LLP (“Savorix”, “we”, “us”). By accessing this website or engaging with us, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Service Engagement & Contract Formation

No binding service obligation or operational contract is established solely through website submissions, inquiry forms, phone calls, or introductory emails. A legally binding agreement between Savorix and the client is only formed upon the physical or digital execution of a comprehensive, written Service Level Agreement (SLA) or a mutually signed B2B catering contract. Savorix reserves the absolute right to decline any service proposal, feasibility audit, or contract request at its sole discretion without any liability or requirement to provide justification.

2. Pricing, Invoicing & Payment Terms

All price estimates, rate cards, and initial quotations provided digitally or verbally are strictly indicative and subject to revision until formalized in a signed contract. Once a service contract is executed, invoices will be generated monthly and must be cleared by the client within the specified credit period. Any delayed payments shall automatically attract interest at a rate of 18% per annum, calculated from the due date until the actual date of payment, as permissible under the Interest Act, 1978.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Non-Refundable Advances

Any requests for the cancellation, postponement, or significant modification of scheduled catering services or daily meal counts must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will incur a penalty of up to 50% of the total estimated order value to cover procurement costs. Furthermore, for special events, corporate fests, or customized dining setups, a non-refundable advance of up to 30% of the contract value is required and will be retained by Savorix in the event of termination.

4. Client Premises & Utility Responsibilities

The client is strictly obligated to provide and maintain a safe, hygienic, and legally compliant workspace for Savorix operations, including clean kitchen facilities, stable electricity, continuous potable water, proper drainage, and ventilation. Savorix reserves the right to suspend or alter food services immediately and without any liability for refunds if the client's premises fail to meet standard hygiene, safety, or municipal operating requirements.

5. Food Safety, Standard Compliance & Allergen Disclaimer

Savorix prepares and serves all food items from FSSAI-licensed kitchens in strict accordance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. However, Savorix shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, food intolerances, or health anomalies experienced by the client's employees or guests unless a specific, written list of severe allergies was officially shared and acknowledged by Savorix prior to meal preparation.

6. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the total cumulative liability of Savorix, including its directors, partners, and employees, for any claim arising out of the services shall be strictly capped at the amount paid by the client for the services in the immediately preceding thirty (30) days. Under no circumstances shall Savorix be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of business reputation, profits, or employee productivity.

7. Force Majeure & Service Interruptions

Savorix shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay, disruption, or failure to perform services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government lockouts, labor disputes, civil disturbances, or systemic utility outages. Savorix reserves the right to temporarily suspend catering services during such events without incurring any financial penalties, contract breaches, or claims for compensation.

8. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

All digital assets, website copy, proprietary recipes, menu configurations, design elements, graphics, and underlying source code are the exclusive intellectual property of Savorix and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, mirroring, or reverse-engineering any content from this site for commercial or competitive purposes without obtaining express written authorization from Savorix.

9. Mutual Business Confidentiality

All commercial proposals, menu pricing models, kitchen layouts, operational methodologies, and business strategies shared by Savorix during the consultation or engagement phase must be treated as strictly confidential. The client agrees not to disclose, share, or publish any such proprietary information to competitors or third parties without the prior written consent of Savorix, and this confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of any service contract.

10. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of this agreement shall first be subjected to amicable negotiation between senior representatives of both parties. In the event that a resolution is not reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the venue of arbitration located in Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Policy Modifications & Agreement Updates

Savorix reserves the right to amend, update, or restructure these Terms and Conditions at any time to align with legal compliance, business modifications, or operational adjustments. Any updates will become effective immediately upon their publication on this page, and your continued usage of the website or our catering services thereafter will be deemed as your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
