1. Introduction

Welcome to Savorix. These Terms of Agreement ("Terms") govern your use of the Savorix website, digital communications, and corporate proposal interfaces. Savorix Hospitality and Management Food Services LLP ("Savorix", "we", "us", "our") is registered under the laws of India, with headquarters in BKC.

By accessing this website, you represent that you are a representative of a corporate enterprise or institution seeking food service operations, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Service Proposals & B2B Contracts

Any submission of interest through our contact portal or email does not constitute a binding operational agreement. A formal culinary and facility management agreement is established only when both parties sign a written, detailed Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlining kitchen operating standards, pricing structures, and dietary logistics.

Savorix reserves the right to decline service proposals or feasibility audits for corporate sites that do not meet standard health, safety, or basic facility design requirements.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified, Savorix and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including but not limited to culinary formulations, menu concepts, kitchen designs, brand copy, CSS stylesheets, Three.js custom particle systems, and structural layouts.

You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this website for potential corporate partnership evaluation.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Savorix Hospitality and Management Food Services LLP, nor any of its directors, managers, or chefs, be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or initial digital proposal reviews.
